Paradigm Electronics is seeking a talented and motivated Logistics Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. The Logistics Administrator is a crucial role, as you would be responsible for preparing, routing, and managing the day-to-day freight and warehouse operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling domestic and international freight shipments and ensuring all requirements and documentation are in compliance.
  • Quoting and coordinating shipments of all modes of transport.
  • Reviewing and monitoring the value offering from our “3PL” partners and freight companies to ensure they stay globally competitive.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels of products.
  • Audit freight invoices to ensure rates are accurate.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
 
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Completion of a diploma or undergraduate degree in Business, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar roles.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and able to quickly learn programs as needed.
  • Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • ·Previous experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is a plus.
